Houston attorney Brendan Daly developed a personal stake in the field of personal injury law when his father passed away prematurely at the young age of 56 of leukemia -- a result of the exposure to benzene and other harmful chemicals he was exposed to while working in construction at various chemical plants across the country.
Daly's father was a union iron worker who believed strongly in workers' rights, and Brendan Daly is committed to carrying on this belief in his daily law practice as he fights for the rights of each one of his clients.
His legal career began at a prominent personal injury firm in Houston, Texas, where he worked on the asbestos, welding fume, and pharmaceutical dockets and served as part of the BP trial prep team. He later went on to experience the legal process from the prosecution's perspective as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney with the Galveston County District Attorney's Office, handling misdemeanor criminal prosecutions including DWI, drug possession, assault charges, and felony motions to revoke probation.
A graduate of Touro Law Center in Huntington, New York, Daly received his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York (Staten Island) after attending the University of Louisiana (Lafayette) on a full baseball scholarship.
